Larkfleet Homes is holding a special open weekend at its Spinney House development in Yaxley, Cambridgeshire, for those interested in downsizing from their current property.On Saturday 31 August and Sunday 1 September, Larkfleet staff will be on hand at Spinney House from 10:00 in the morning to 17:00 in the afternoon to give guided tours of the development and talk visitors through the financial and social benefits downsizing can offer. There is no need to book in advance interested visitors are very welcome to just turn up on the day.

All those who attend the open weekend in Yaxley will get free tickets to a musical event at The Croft, another of Larkfleet?s over 55s developments in Bourne, Lincolnshire, on 14 September. The event will include a Q&A session from music legend Kiki Dee and a musical performance from local Motown and soul band, Motor City Vipers.
